  • Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Products are delivered within 1-15 days after shipment, depending on your location.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products.
  • The applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

5. Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately via email or our social media accounts.
  • Claims must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the damage. Claims received after this period will not be accepted.
  • We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution as per our Refund Policy.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the order may be canceled, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Customers are encouraged to double-check their shipping information before confirming the order.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or weather disruptions.
