At EcoLeaf, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand the terms under which we process cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellations

Order Cancellation by Customer:
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via email or social media messaging.
- Cancellations after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellation by EcoLeaf:
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of:
  - Payment issues.
  - Stock unavailability.
  - Inaccurate shipping details.
- In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

2. Refunds and Returns

Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are only applicable for products that are damaged during transit.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product.
Return Process:
- Once we receive your refund request, our team will conduct a thorough investigation.
- If the claim is approved, we will initiate the refund process or arrange for a replacement.
Refund Timelines:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 1-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Conditions for Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be processed for:

Products that are not damaged.
Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
Requests made after the 24-hour window following delivery.
